The hotel had some stains and corners that made me cringe, not up to 4-star standards. On the upside, the view of the courtyard and city from the room was stunning, and the unique decor added a nice touch.

Rooms

The rooms had some stains and bad corners, not up to a 4-star standard. However, the amazing view of the courtyard and city was unforgettable.
Service
9.0
The service was quick and efficient throughout my stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist. Though there was a hiccup with the promised airport transportation, they promptly arranged for a taxi.
Location
9.0
The hotel is superbly located in close proximity to all the main attractions of Rome. It's convenient and central, making it easy to explore the city.
Dining
8.0
The dining experience was enjoyable, but there is room for improvement, especially with freshly cooked options like scrambled eggs and fresh fruit. The vibe of the dining area was always pleasant, overlooking the city.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were good overall, but the excuse for a steam room was a letdown. It's advisable to give notice in advance for its use, and spa treatments were not available.

6.4/10

My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms, although spacious and cleaned daily, felt like a dungeon with no opening window and noisy AC units. On the bright side, the service was top-notch, especially thanks to Reuben, who went out of his way to ensure our comfort. The location was decent, offering a good view of Rome but requiring some walks in the summer heat. The dining experience was alright but lacked variety, and the hotel had some minor issues with utensils. The overall value for the money was fair given the ups and downs.

The rooms were spacious and cleaned daily, but felt like a dungeon with no windows and noisy AC units. The bathroom needed a better cleaning.
Service
9.0
The staff, especially Reuben, was very friendly and accommodating, offering extra services to make up for any inconveniences.
Location

The hotel had a decent location with a view of Rome, but walking to tourist spots could be tiring in the heat.
Dining
6.0
The dining had some variety but lacked in quantity, and there were issues with utensils availability.
Facilities

The facilities were average, nothing exceptional to highlight.

8.2/10

My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not so good experiences. The rooms looked really nice as the maid showed us around, but unfortunately, my room turned out to be small, dull, with broken fittings, not meeting my expectations. The location near Borghese Park was incredible, in a nice quiet part of the city with great transport links. The dining experience offered a good selection of food, but getting there early is advisable as it gets busy later on. The service was extremely helpful and pleasant, ready to assist with everything I needed for my Vatican City and Colosseum Tour.

My stay at this hotel was great! The rooms were spacious and the staff, especially during breakfast, were lovely. It was a nice touch to receive a bottle of Presecco, although it was served warm, which was a bit disappointing. Despite a minor cost of €90 for the inconvenience, it didn't bother me much as the location was quiet with minimal noise from other guests.

Rooms

The rooms were spacious and the staff, especially in the mornings at breakfast, were lovely. The bottle of Presecco was a nice touch, but it was served warm, costing me €90 for the trouble.
Service
9.0
The service was very nice, and the staff always welcomed me with a smile. They seemed young, professional, and ready to help at all times. My room was beautiful, and they always greeted me with a good morning.
Location
8.0
The location was out of the way and quiet, which was great. It was within walking distance of many tourist locations, but you might have to bear some hot weather. The area is beautiful with a Roman-like design, although I did trip on a broken pavement nearby.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience was very nice overall, but they tended to run out of bowls, and I struggled to get a teaspoon for the first few days. It could offer more variety and quantity to improve further. However, the views from the roof were wonderful.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel facilities were good, with options like room service, dry cleaning, and tours/ticket assistance available. However, the dining area lacked a bit in variety and quantity, which could be improved.
